Apply Kanban Practices and Improve Flow in Professional Scrum w/ the Scrum.org Professional Scrum w/ Kanban (PSK)

Introducing Flow to Scrum

Professional Scrum with Kanban™ (PSK) is an interactive, activity-based training course that teaches experienced Scrum Masters and other Scrum practitioners how to improve their work by applying Kanban practices in the context of Professional Scrum. Through theory, case studies, and hands-on exercises, students will learn how Kanban practices can help Scrum Teams achieve better outcomes by improving work flow.

Organizations using DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) will find adding flow to their application of Scrum a natural complement.

The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK I) certification exam.

PSK is a class I helped Scrum.org create. I was a steward for this class for several years and helped numerous scrum trainers learn about flow and kanban and how to teach and coach Scrum with Kanban. I teach this class to organizations who are looking to introduce a flow perspective into their Scrum or decide to start their agile journey with Scrum and Kanban. Learn more in the Kanban Guide for Scrum Teams which I’m a co-author of.

I’m interested in bringing in the PSK workshop for my team
