Helping Nice Actimize achieve business agility in FinTech — team-level Scrum and Kanban, SAFe for scale, and solving the platform vs. application team design challenge across Israel, the US, and Eastern Europe.
Click image to open full sizeNice Actimize - #FinTech - Helped both infrastructure/platform groups as well as solution/application groups in this financial tech enterprise software vendor achieve business agility through work with teams, product organization, using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe. Work was done in Israel, the US and Eastern Europe. Key challenge here was around how to organize around value - whether to create stream-aligned groups around the major products/applications of the company’s core technology. Whether to include the core technology on these groups or as a separate “platform” maintaining the focus on core technology innovation and the ability to flex towards different applications as needed, rather than “fix” the allocation of core technology to the applications.
