I always found myself at the intersection of many ideas, contexts, and communities.

This creates exciting opportunities to cross-pollinate, co-create, and innovate across domains.

It also creates a challenge – what am I? Why should people work with me?

I think I get it now. I’m at the intersection, helping bridge / integrate different ideas. I write, speak, teach, coach, and mentor people who care more about outcomes than a specific path. They are trying to navigate this complex landscape of ideas populated with many people who are comfortable in their own neighborhood/community and try to build walls around it.

This approach isn’t for everyone. It’s simpler to stick to a specific path and follow it. My people care more about connecting paths to shape new ones.

I’m glad you’re here.

PS WDYT about “The Agile Intersection” as an idea for a podcast? If you like it and want me to get going, reply with INTERSECTION. I’m thinking about it. Any evidence that there’s interest/demand might help me prioritize it.
