Work was done in Israel, the US and Eastern Europe. Key challenge here was around how to organize around value - whether to create stream-aligned groups around the major products/applications of the company’s core technology. Whether to include the core technology on these groups or as a separate “platform” maintaining the focus on core technology innovation and the ability to flex towards different applications as needed, rather than “fix” the allocation of core technology to the applications.
