Introduction Call
Bring the situation that feels stuck. The first job is to sort signal from noise and decide which constraint is worth working on first.
Bring the situation that feels stuck. The first job is to sort signal from noise and decide which constraint is worth working on first.
This is the conversation before anything gets scoped. You do not need to know which piece of work you want, or to have the problem framed well. Most of the useful ones start with a leader describing something that is not going the way it should and not being sure why.
Book this if
- You have licenses, pilots, and rising token spend, and no business process that is meaningfully better.
- Coding got faster and the pipeline got slower, and your best engineers spend the week validating code they did not write.
- Product titles, ceremonies, and roadmaps are in place, but the real decisions still behave like project delivery.
- Strategy changes and team goals do not.
Probably not this if
- You know exactly what you want built and need someone to build it. I work on the operating model, not the implementation.
- You want a framework rollout. I orient toward the constraint and pull only the relevant patterns.
What happens in the session
You describe what is stuck
In whatever shape it is in. A number that is not moving, a team that is unhappy, an investment nobody can defend. It does not need to be diagnosed first.
We sort signal from noise
Most stuck situations have several plausible causes and one that is actually load-bearing. Separating those is most of the value of a first conversation.
We name the first constraint worth working on
Sometimes that leads to working together and sometimes it does not. Either way you leave with a sharper version of the problem than you arrived with.
Questions people ask first
Do I need to know which service I want?
No. That is what this call is for. The four engagements on the services page are how the work usually ends up organized, not a menu you have to choose from before talking to me.
How do you work?
I orient toward the opportunity or constraint and pull only the relevant patterns. I have deep expertise in deploying and scaling management operating systems (OKRs, Scrum, Agile, Flow/Kanban, Theory of Constraints), but my preference is to evolve what is working rather than arrive with a shiny new framework that promises to be a silver bullet.
Is this a steering-committee engagement?
No. I work with the leaders and the people doing the work, long enough that a new way of operating survives contact with real work. I call this the Forward Deployed Adoption Strategist: bringing together strategy and hands-on work to try, sense, and iterate the change to fit the organizational context.
What happens after the call?
If there is a piece of work worth doing, I will say what I think it is and we can talk about shape and timing. If there is not, I will tell you that too. No proposal arrives unless you ask for one.
Is this a sales call?
No. It is a working conversation about your situation, and you should come away with something useful whether or not we ever work together. If it turns out I am not the right help, I will say so and point you somewhere better. I do not sell seats, usage, or a software platform.
