Most AI pilots stall for the same reason. They prove that a tool can produce something. They never prove that a workflow, a decision, a customer experience, or a business result changed. The gap is rarely a lack of AI activity. It is weak value realization.

This session is for the moment when you can list everything your organization is doing with AI and still cannot point at what moved. We spend it finding where your business is actually constrained, and whether the AI work in flight is aimed anywhere near it.

Book this if

  • You have pilots, licenses, and activity, and no honest answer to "what did it change?"
  • Someone is going to ask you for the ROI number soon, and you do not have one you believe.
  • Your demos keep impressing and never ship.
  • AI made engineering faster, but nothing downstream got faster.

Probably not this if

  • You want vendor selection, model training, or data-engineering help. That is not what I do.
  • You want someone to validate a decision that is already made.

What happens in the session

We look at what is already in flight

The pilots, tools, spending, and plans already in motion. Not a maturity assessment, just an honest picture of where the effort is going.

We find where the business is constrained

The useful question is not where you can use AI. It is where work is waiting: on decisions, on adoption, on product judgment, on review, on data access, on evidence of value.

You leave with a next move

Usually one bet worth deepening, a couple worth stopping, and a clearer statement of what evidence would justify more investment.

Questions people ask first

What should I bring to the session?

Nothing prepared. It helps if you can describe what AI work is running, who sponsors it, and what result you were hoping to see by now. If you have a number someone is unhappy about, bring that.

What if my problem turns out not to be an AI problem?

That happens often, and it is a good outcome. In most organizations the AI works well enough in demos. The breakdown is moving from demo to production, from one team to cross-functional, from experiment to business result. If your POCs keep impressing but never shipping, the bottleneck probably is not the model.

How long is it, and what does it cost?

Book it and we talk. There is no charge for the first conversation.

Is this a sales call?

No. It is a working conversation about your situation, and you should come away with something useful whether or not we ever work together. If it turns out I am not the right help, I will say so and point you somewhere better. I do not sell seats, usage, or a software platform.
