AI Coaching Session
Ongoing coaching to help you apply AI in your day-to-day work, focused on your real bottlenecks.
This one is not about your organization. It is about your own work, and the places AI is supposed to be helping you and is not.
Most AI coaching starts with tools. This starts with where your week actually gets stuck: the review you keep putting off, the decision that waits on you, the writing you avoid. Then it works out whether AI belongs anywhere near it.
Book this if
- You use AI as expensive autocomplete and suspect there is more there.
- You are a leader who has to have an opinion about AI and would like it grounded in your own hands-on experience.
- You tried the obvious things, they worked once, and the habit never stuck.
Probably not this if
- You want a tool walkthrough or a prompt library. Those exist and are free.
- You are looking for a certification.
What happens in the session
We start from your real bottleneck
Not a use-case list. The specific thing in your week that takes longer than it should or keeps getting deferred.
We try it, in the session
Working on your actual task rather than a demo. Most of what makes AI useful is context: boundaries, examples, decision rules, knowledge of the work. That only shows up on real work.
We decide what is worth a habit
Some of it will be worth keeping and some will not. Naming which is which is the point, so you are not carrying a workflow that costs more than it returns.
Questions people ask first
Do I need to be technical?
No. Some of the most useful sessions are with leaders who do not write code and want their opinion about AI to come from their own experience rather than from vendor decks.
Is this one session or ongoing?
It works as ongoing coaching, but start with one. If the first session does not change something in your week, there is no reason to book a second.
What tools do you coach on?
Whatever you already have. The tool matters much less than the context you give it and the workflow you put it in. Prompt tricks help less than a clear picture of the work the AI is supposed to change.
Is this a sales call?
No. It is a working conversation about your situation, and you should come away with something useful whether or not we ever work together. If it turns out I am not the right help, I will say so and point you somewhere better. I do not sell seats, usage, or a software platform.
