Idemia – Using Agile to Improve Delivery

Idemia builds the systems you experience when you get your Driver’s license and go through the TSA Precheck lines. I helped Idemia leverage agile to help it deliver customer programs and build its future products. This included standing up team-level agility in several groups, standing up a lean agile center-of-excellence, organizing stable SAFe ARTs organized around value delivery that improved productivity, focus and quality compared to the starting state of the unsustainable pace of delivery, changes, and reorganizing/juggling around projects.
