What We Collect

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. We see aggregate data like page views and country-level traffic, but not individual visitor data.

Contact Forms

If you submit a message via the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to us via Web3Forms and forwarded to our email inbox. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with third parties.

Testimonial Feedback

If you submit feedback about working with Yuval, your form response is sent through Web3Forms to our email inbox. Submission gives us permission to use a faithful excerpt, edited for length or clarity, on this site or selected Yeret Agility marketing channels with your name, role, and organization. You can ask to change or remove published feedback at any time by emailing yuval@yeretagility.com.

Booking and Scheduling

If you schedule a call via our booking links (Google Calendar appointment scheduling), you are providing information directly to that third-party service. Their privacy policies apply.

If you subscribe to any of our newsletters or email courses, your email is stored with ConvertKit (now Kit). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell or share subscriber lists.

Embedded Content

Some pages embed YouTube videos. When you watch an embedded video, YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

Cookies

This site does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set functional cookies as part of serving the site reliably. No third-party advertising or tracking pixels are used.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing yuval@yeretagility.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.

Data Retention

Contact form and testimonial feedback messages are retained in our email inbox only as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, or honor a request to change or remove published feedback. Newsletter subscriber data is managed in ConvertKit — you can delete your data by unsubscribing and contacting us directly.

Cloudflare — CDN, hosting, and privacy-safe analytics
Web3Forms — contact form submission handling
ConvertKit (Kit) — email newsletter and course delivery
YouTube (Google) — embedded video content
