This included standing up team-level agility in several groups, standing up a lean agile center-of-excellence, organizing stable SAFe ARTs organized around value delivery that improved productivity, focus and quality compared to the starting state of the unsustainable pace of delivery, changes, and reorganizing/juggling around projects.
