Here is an example of a fairly typical Marketing Kanban board that can be useful for marketing teams taking their first steps toward implementing agile marketing in practice using Kanban.

It is a slightly modified version of Henrik Kniberg’s Kanban Kick-Start Example that he shared using a Creative Commons license. Why a marketing version? Because people connect better to examples from their own domain. Talking about code and development doesn’t work as well with marketers. Feel free to take this one, adapt it, and share alike.
